Can you feel it? Finally, spring is finally starting to win the tug-of-war with winter and we are seeing sunnier days!
While we aren’t quite ready to pack away the light jackets just yet, the buzz around town is reaching a fever pitch.
This week, we are celebrating serious economic growth with a major opening, getting our shopping bags ready for the return of a local favorite, and checking in on a new downtown addition that’s sure to be a “novel” experience.

🏗️ Clayton Homes Opens New Facility
The horizon in Conway’s industrial sector just got a lot more impressive.
This week marks the official opening of the new Clayton Homes facility, a massive project that has been months in the making.
Clayton has invested $42 million in modernizing the 220,000-square-foot facility which is expected to build 3,000 homes each year and create more than 250 new jobs in the region.
This is a significant boost for our local economy and Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders joined company executives and local leaders for the grand opening
For those who have watched the construction progress, seeing the lights on and the teams moving in is a welcome sight.
It’s another clear sign that when it comes to growth, Conway is “building” a very bright future.

It might only be mid-March, but the Conway Farmers Market is already dreaming of April.
They have officially announced their return for the 2026 season and are now accepting vendor applications for an April kickoff.
So, if you’ve got the best heirloom tomatoes in Faulkner County, the fanciest handmade soaps, or baked goods that make people skip breakfast, now is your time to shine.
Getting in early ensures you have a spot when the community flocks back to support local growers and makers.

Downtown Conway is about to get a little more literary.
We’ve caught wind of a new women-owned and operated store, Pages & Ink, currently being set up with an opening scheduled for April.
While they are still getting the shelves ready and the “new book smell” perfected, we hear the vibe will be a perfect blend of community, creativity, and, of course, great reads.
We’ll be sure to give you the full tour once they open their doors!
Long Shot Lounge Golf Club - Grand Opening
Golf fans get ready for the GRAND opening of Long Shot Lounge which will be held on Friday, March 13th from 10:00am - 12:00am
5 bays will be open for play, along with a putting green!
There will be optional accessories available, along with lots of contests and free giveaways!
