Mother’s Day is coming up this Sunday 10th May, and we have all the brunches, markets, and craft event’s available so you know where to take Mom for her special day.

⚖ Your Chance to Weigh In on The Data Center.
Conway is getting another chance to weigh in on the proposed data center, and that conversation happens next week at City Hall.
It’s the kind of local issue that affects the whole town, so if you’ve got thoughts, this is your moment to share them.
The data center was announced last year and would be located in Southwest Conway.
The public committee meeting happens Tuesday, May 12, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Conway City Hall.
Mayor Bart Castleberry says the goal is to:
Listen to residents
Gather feedback
Keep the process out in the open
It will give local Conway people a chance to share their thoughts and air concerns.
It’s not every week that a city issue comes with this much suspense and whether you’re for it, against it, or just trying to figure out what it means for Conway, this meeting is the place to be.

🐸 Toad Suck Daze Brought It (Again)
If you were anywhere near downtown Conway this past weekend, you already know that Toad Suck Daze 2026 delivered.
Featuring Uncle Kracker as the headliner and bringing together food vendors, live music, carnival rides, and the kind of community energy that reminds you why Conway is something special.
The festival is in its 45th year and presented by Baptist Health Conway to raise scholarship funds for Arkansas students. So every corn dog, funnel cake, and deep-fried-whatever you consumed was practically an act of charity. (You’re welcome, future graduates. 🎓)
One of the most talked-about new additions to Toad Suck Daze 2026 was Hands on a Hyundai, an endurance-style competition brought to Conway by First Community Bank and Chris Crain Hyundai.
The contest was won by Jacob Smith, a 46 year old, a lifelong Conway resident, and social worker.
After 79 hours and 30 minutes he walked away with the keys to a brand-new 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz - exactly the kind of story Conway loves to celebrate.
🚘 New Business Opening: Rich’s Garage
Rich’s Garage is opening its new Conway location this Saturday, May 9, and they’re celebrating with a grand opening from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The event looks like a proper community-style kickoff, with free authentic Mexican food, plus grand opening deals and a few extras to draw folks in.
The shop says it’s ready to bring customs and repair services to Conway, and if you’re the kind of person who likes lifted trucks, tasty tacos, and a little small-business energy, this one should be worth a stop!
