👒 Vintage Weekend Hits the Conway Expo Center
Starting this Friday, Conway is playing host to a spectacular shopping event:
The Antique Alley Arkansas Antique Show!
The event will feature over 200+ booths from exhibitors across a number of states who have come to Conway to display their wares.
Browse an extensive selection of authentic antiques, toys, furniture, glassware and linens and shop for bargains.
Local food trucks will be on-site all weekend serving summer treats to keep shoppers fueled and fed.
Friday & Saturday's admission is $10 per adult and free for children 18 and under.
Sunday is $5 per adult and free for children.
Admission is good all weekend!

💦 Conway’s Long-Term Water Plans
Conway Corp is planning to secure a long-term water allocation from Greers Ferry Lake.
The strategy is to ensure regional climate resilience and protect the community’s primary water reserves at Brewer Lake.
This agreement provides a path forward for Conway’s growing population, and ensures that our city will have a reliable supply of clean water to support public health and sustainable economic development.
🐔 New Business Opening: Waldo’s Chicken & Beer
After a soft opening earlier in the year, Waldo’s Chicken & Beer officially opened its doors on July 7, and they are hitting their stride.
Visitors to the new Conway location are reporting stellar experiences, with one local diner commenting;
“Ordered and had food in less than 3 min! Great food, great prices, and great staff!”.
Another customer stated:
The food was on point, the staff was super friendly, and the whole place had a great vibe. Conway definitely needed this!
Waldo’s specializes in scratch-made chicken, and the menu features favorites like mac and cheese, potato wedges, and classic nachos.

🌳 Community Happenings: Conway’s Green Footprint
The City of Conway has officially announced a Community Forest Plan Public Meeting coming up on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
This free public workshop gives local residents a direct voice in shaping how our parks, and green spaces are managed, protected, and expanded over the next twenty years.
Local homeowners, business operators, and nature enthusiasts are encouraged to drop in to review the recommendations, and ensure our city’s footprint stays beautifully green and sustainable.
The meeting will run from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m at Conway City Hall.
