🥣 Summer Cereal Drive Kicks Off Early
The Arkansas Foodbank has officially moved its Summer Cereal Drive Kickoff to this month, with local events starting April 24.
The Summer Cereal Drive has provided more than 5 million breakfast items to children and families across the Arkansas Foodbank’s service area.
Local campuses and community centers are already gearing up to help children who lose access to school meals during the summer.
It’s a great week to start a collection bin at your office or school to help ensure no kid in Faulkner County goes hungry this summer.

Get your appetites ready, Conway! Tanq Hot Dogs officially launches its food truck tomorrow, Friday, April 17.
This new mobile eatery is bringing a fresh “tank” on gourmet hot dogs to the local food truck scene.
For their grand opening tomorrow, they will be set up and serving the lunch and dinner crowds at 811 Walnut Street.
If you’re looking to support a new local startup while grabbing a quick, delicious bite, look for the Tanq truck.

The University of Central Arkansas is hosting Herron Horton Architects, a Little Rock-based architecture and interior design firm, for a multiday residency running through April 17. (Last chance to attend!)
