A little downtown project gets underway, Pride Month kicks off next week, and the first hints of summer are making themselves known.
In other words, it’s a normal week here; which is to say, mildly busy and just organized enough to keep us all on our toes.

🚘 Court Street Alleyway Project Begins
A new downtown improvement project officially got underway on May 26, with the Court Street Alleyway Improvement Project now in motion.
The city says the work is meant to improve the alleyway area and help strengthen the downtown experience.
The good news is that Conway is still investing in the part of town where people walk, meet, shop, and pretend to know where they parked!
This kind of project can shape the whole feel of downtown, and Conway continues to make it clear that the heart of the city is very much worth improving.
It’s very much in keeping with a city that likes to keep moving forward without making a big fuss about it.

We are excited to share a special Pride Month event designed to blend creativity, connection, and care.
On Tuesday, June 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Weird and Well Counseling and Conway Pride Community will host Create & Regulate, a cozy mental health mixer at 1517 Caldwell Street in Conway.
This welcoming gathering is open to anyone who wants to explore therapy, meet new people, or simply enjoy a calm, affirming space.
